You are allowed to open the package while the delivery agent is present.
If you’re not satisfied with the item, you may refuse to receive it; however, you will still be responsible for the delivery fee.
Items can be exchanged provided that the order is received, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition, unwashed.( Exchange only, No returns )
